Using the website does not automatically create a client relationship.

Submitting a project enquiry does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance of a project or commit either party to proceed.

A client engagement begins only after appropriate terms have been confirmed in writing through a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, accepted quotation or other written agreement.

Project scope, fees, payment terms, delivery dates, intellectual property and support obligations will be governed by that separate agreement.
